Kevin Hunter

The commitment to RISO products spans his 18 year career that started in South Carolina as an Area Manager. Over his tenure, Kevin gained experience in sales, marketing, management, strategic planning, budgeting, executive management, international negotiations, dealer management, product management, business development, facilities management, national accounts, reseller relationships, project management, IT infrastructure development, and finance. The many lessons learned are one piece of the foundation for SOS to leverage a lifetime of experience for the improvement of business in South Carolina. Kevin will function as the President of SOS.

Patrick Florence

17 years of experience and a customer centric focus has provided Pat with a foundation of knowledge and understanding of our technology and our customers. As the “go-to” service guy for SOS, Pat is a key member of the management team for the company. Pat will be handling several internal service needs, supporting the other technical staff and the customers of the midlands.

Tim Chappell

18 years of experience that covers technical, sales, operations, distribution and many other important functions in exceeding customers’ expectations. Tim will be the Education Manager for SOS and his responsibility includes handling all aspects of the education market for South Carolina and Augusta, GA areas.

Frazier Roberts

22 years of experience in providng technical support for the customers of the coastal areas of South Carolina. His commitment to excellence and being a true customer advocate is unparalleled in the industry. Frazier supports several major accounts in the Charleston area and is our cruise line technical support expert. 

Mike Kelly

5+ years of experience in supporting RISO technology, Mike is a true professional. His commitment to doing the right thing for his customers is what every team member at SOS admires most about his work. Mike lives and works in the Augusta, GA area and prides himself on doing the best job possible for his customers. 

Erin Cawood

7+ years of experience in administrative support services in a customer centric environment, Erin takes pride in being the hub of the SOS team. Her duties will be to provide the highest level of customer support and handling the back office duties of operating SOS. She prides herself on understanding the customer perspective and working with the customer to a conclusion.

Julie Prohaska

8+ years of providing adminstrative support, Julie brings an attitude of working hard and working smart to SOS. Her primary role will be to handle dispatch, shipping and logistical support for our technical staff as well as back up for administrative functions.

Dave Gordon


Over 35 years of experience in the copier, printer and support services industries, Dave joined SOS as the Area Manager for Midlands and Rock Hill areas. By putting the needs of the customer first, Dave is committed to leveraging his experience to be a true asset for the current and future customers of SOS. The foundation of industry knowledge is a great building block for the SOS team. Dave is a resident of the Midlands and has worked in nearly every area of the state throughout his career.  Dave has been helpful to many Faith Based organizations in the area and looks forward to providing great service and support to current and future customers.

April Hunter

April is the Director of Marketing for the organization and brings over 15 years of marketing experience to the team. She has a backgorund in insurance and operating her own business. This combination with her passion for making SOS successful and bringing value to customers is what drives her daily.

Brad Branham - CSE Midlands

As the Customer Service Engineer for the Midlands Area, Brad will be responsible for the technical support for current and future customers in the Columbia to Rock Hill areas of SC. His 20 years of experience in the copier and printer industry will be a strong foundation for the SOS Team. Brad prides himself on doing the job right the first time and making sure each of his customers understands the proper use of their equipment. The support our customers will enjoy from Brad will set a new standard of expectations for your copier, printers and duplicators.

Sam Vogt

As the Area Manager - Lowcountry, Sam is responsible for handling our current and future customers from Charleston to Hilton Head Island as well as inland to Hampton County. Sam brings a lifelong commitment to exceeding customer expectations to the point of setting new standards for his customers. The foundational understanding of operating a successful business for many years makes Sam a true customer advocate that strives to leverage every relationship so all parties win. When our customers meet with Sam, they always have a smile on their face and new ideas to enhance their operations.

Peter Cumber

As the Customer Service Engineer for the Upstate of SC, Peter brings over 15 years of experience in working with a wide variety of office equipment technology. His positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction are two of the immediate benefits each current and future customer will see when they meet Peter. His product support skills are a great combination of both "by the book" and "real world" fixes. The bottom line, Peter makes sure the equipment he services operates at the maximum efficiency and his customers understand how to complete their jobs.

Dwayne Hicks

Dwayne is a true professional that puts his customers first in all of his efforts. Beyond his 20+ years of experience, Dwayne brings a positive attitude and practical experience to exceeding his customers' expectations. He is a life long resident of the Pee Dee area of SC and shows his commitment to the region by proudly serving his customers. Many of our customers personally request Dwayne for support and the entire SOS team can always count on Dwayne leaving a situation better than he found it.

Richard Kyzer - Director of Sales

The addition of Richard to the SOS team is definitely a blessing for the entire team. He is a 20+ year professional in the copier and printer industry that has served many churches and other businesses. Richard brings a level of professionalism and commitment to our team that has raised the expectations of each of us and we are proud to have him as an integral part of our team. The "customer first" attitude with a unique approach to problem solving through technology is what makes Richard different that anyone else you will meet that sells office technology. In his role at SOS, Richard is the daily manager of our sales team and serves as a key manager as the Director of Sales.

Dan Aiken

Dan is an industry veteran that brings a depth of knowledge and commitment to our customers in the Upstate portion of SC. The time Dan invests in providing a high level of service is seen in the smiles on his customers' faces. He is a seasoned veteran that has taken pride in doing business with his customers repeatedly throughout his career. The entire SOS team is better as a result of Dan joining our team. Relationships built on value and trust are the cornerstone of Dan's approach to our growth in the Upstate.

Danielle Ramos

As a member of the SOS support and administration team, Danielle brings a customer first attitude. She is a tremendous asset to the entire operation because of her positive attitude and willingness to work through any project, problem or opportunity to get results that work. The SOS team counts on her experience and commitment to continue to serve the needs of our customers.
